Cheese and berry souffle with sour cream

Sour berries and sweet cheese with sour cream – nothing complicated, but this is the main “highlight” of this dish.



200 ml

Cottage cheese

Fresh berries (or fruit)

Sour cream

Method of cooking

Step № 1

Dissolve gelatin in cold milk, leave it for five minutes until it swells. Put the saucepan on the stove, heat the mass, do not bring to a boil. Gelatin should dissolve completely. Cool the mixture.

Step № 2

In another bowl mix sour cream with cheese. Add granulated sugar. Beat all ingredients up with a blender or mixer.

Step № 3

Add the mass with gelatin, mix again. Pour berries or pieces of any fruit, mix with a spoon.

Step № 4

Pour the prepared souffle mixture into portions and place in the refrigerator for two to three hours or it is better for overnight. Decorate the dessert with fruit or berries and serve cold.
