

Fluffy omelet
We suggest you try a really delicious omelet cooked in a pan. The cooking process is quite simple and does not take much time. Omelet is better to eat immediately after cooking.

Eggs

Milk
50 ml
Sour cream
tbsp. l.
Oil
30 g
Salt and black pepper

Fresh herbs

Method of cooking
Step № 1
Beat the chicken eggs in a deep bowl. Whisk until fluffy. You can use a mixer.
Step № 2
Add milk, sour cream of any % of fat, salt, ground black pepper to the omelet mass. Continue whisking until smooth. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Pour there the omelet mass. Cover the pan with a lid. Cook at low heat until cooked.
Step № 3
The fluffy omelet on the pan is ready. If you like, sprinkle it with chopped greens and serve.
